In addition to crowning the provincial champions in each age category, the OVA's most prestigious athlete awards are also presented at the Ontario Championships.

Below you will find short description and presentation schedule of the different awards as well as a link to the larger description, nomination forms and past winners.

The Ken Davies, Evelyn Holick Awards will be presented in Heritage Hall on the awards stage on April 24th (day 2 of the 18U Event). 

Please come out and show your support to the 18U Award winners for 2026!

The Award of Excellence medal is awarded annually by to one deserving member of every 4v4 to 18U team as chosen by their coaching staff.

Following the conclusion of your Ontario Championships tournament, coaches are asked to use the link below to submit your award winner. Complete list of recipients was posted here on June 24th, 2025.

16U and 17U Grand Prix All Stars

16U and 18U Grand Prix All Star presentations will be taking place at at Ontario Championships during the 16U and 18U tournament
