Coordinate athlete development programs across a wide variety of LTD stages in beach, indoor and sitting volleyball. Develop and implement the Team Ontario Beach, Regional Program and Tall Maples programs; Deliver the athlete identification process; Annual coordination of the SPIKES grassroot program.

Plan, coordinate and deliver the Team Ontario indoor programs year-round including Team Ontario White/Red/Black & Canada Games; Manage the Team Ontario Elite program; Plan and deliver the OVA’s integrated programs (Regional Program and Tall Maples); On-site support to athletes and coaches during training camps and be the onsite liaison to participants and the Facility Operation staff.

Lead the strength, conditioning and sport science delivery of the Team Ontario  programs year-round including indoor, beach and sitting volleyball through our partnership with the Coaches Association of Ontario (CSIO).
