Grassroots

Grassroots programs are designed to introduce kids aged 5-14 to volleyball, develop physical literacy skills and begin to engage in social situations within sport.

Indoor Competitions

The OVA offers competitions for boys and girls in age categories from 12U to 18U with the season running from November to the end of April. Get started by joining an OVA club near you.

OVA Beach Tour

A 2 -on-2  competitive format for male and females in 12U, 13U, 14U, 15U, 16U, 18U, Youth Open (20U), Adult Open & Elite. Competitions take place in communities across Ontario.

Sitting Volleyball

Sitting volleyball is a sport that's growing across Canada both amongst able-bodied and disabled athletes alike. As a result, one of the most interesting features of this discipline is that it is open to a wide range of participants without discrimination (skills levels, age, and gender). Therefore, it holds a strong potential for social inclusiveness, especially if addressing young people.
