Teams will be split and seeded using their 2023 Ontario Championship Result.

*Reminder*
- "Of age" teams will most likely get bumped down after taking into account Initial Placement Adjustments (YCM - Section 4.10, 4.11 & 4.12) for new clubs/teams, teams without Ontario Championship results and underage teams.
- Out of province initial placements are treated on a case by case scenario taking into account their Provincial and National results. Out of province teams will only be placed directly into a division if the OVA believes they are a top half team in that division along with the team committing to participate in at least 3 regular season events at that age group.
