Unsure of where you best fit? The OVA’s Early Contact initiative is designed for players 15 and under and coaches who are looking to find the most appropriate entry point for volleyball along the OVA pathway.
Under the Early Contact rules, players can find which style of play is most comfortable for them through 4v4 and 6v6 rallyball and traditional limited-specialized volleyball. This flexibility will now increase developmentally-appropriate competition opportunities for younger players while providing the best experience possible for long term retention and success.
The Ontario Championships is the largest indoor volleyball event in the province and most anticipated week(s) of the indoor calendar year, bringing clubs from all across Ontario to compete and celebrate our sport with a profound exclamation point at the end of the season.
For the upcoming OVA indoor season, teams will be split and seeded using their end of season ranking from 2021-2022. Ranking criteria and the most recent indoor season team rankings located in the link.
