Event Details for the pre registration prediction as to how this weekend will be spit up utilizing the Niagara Falls Convention Centre along with venues across the province for single and multi-day events. Once posted, please pay close attention to the team splits below for your teams venue, day of event and start time as teams will be scheduled across the province and on different days for this weekend.

- Doors open at 8:00am
- No potlucks (personal lunches only). Teams are not able to setup tables. Teams must use the tables by the Tim Hortons, Pita Pit & Booster Juice area. The cafeteria areas are the only approved spaces for food.
- No food in the Gym
- No appliances can be brought into building or used in any spaces
- Parking - Street Parking & Queen’s parking lots are free on the weekends. http://www.queensu.ca/campusmap/main
- No free public WiFI
- Only rented spaces should be used, no overflow into other gyms or spaces

- No Potlucks Allowed (personal lunches only)
- Teams are not allowed to setup tables in the venue (Sports Dome or main building)
- Teams can expect to eat their personal lunches in the Sports Dome in the bleachers or spectator chairs as space is limited outside of the Sports Dome.
- No plugins
- This venue typically has a very strict, zero food policy inside the Sports Dome. Athlete Institute has waived this policy only for OVA events with the expectation that teams will clean up all food/wrappers/garbage. Please be sure to have your teams utilize the garbage bins in the dome as this is crucial for future OVA events to be allowed food inside the dome.
- Please enter the facility at the West Entrance near the Sports Dome.
- Venue doors open at 8am.
- 2 smaller washrooms are located beside the Sports Dome entrance and 2 larger washrooms are located down the hall in the main building.
- There is a small café in the main building (Bear Cub Café) that will be open from 9am – 3pm. Doors will be locked at 3pm so please do not leave any items in the Cafe.
- If spectators bring in their own chair, they must have rubber bottoms.
