• No POTLUCKS (personal lunches only). Athletes/teams can eat their personal lunches in the seats overlooking the 3 courts (Gallery) or in the small classroom which is just off the Gallery.
• No food or beverages other than water allowed inside the gym on the floor level.
• Only non-marking sneakers are allowed in the gymnasium on the main floor. No heels or boots are allowed on the hardwood.
• Venue doors are locked at all times. There will be a person waiting by the door to let people in from 8am-9:15am but after that, please have one of your team members/family or friend open up the door for you if you need to be let back in. From a security standpoint, the door MUST NOT be propped open.
• Doors open at 8am.
• The 379 Victoria Street entrance is the entrance that will be used for this event.
• Please CLICK HERE for nearby TMU parking options. The closest pubic parking would be 31 & 43 Gerrard St (street parking) and 412 Church Street.

• Doors open at 8:45 am.  First match starts at 9:30 am.
• Cafeteria opens at 9 am.  Pot lucks are permitted, however NO PLUG IN appliances.
• No wandering the hallways.  All participants and spectators should keep to the gym, cafeteria and are also permitted in the large corridor area at the front of the school.
• There is ample parking in the main lot off of Nottinghill Gate.  There is also a large parking lot on the south side of the school (separate entrance/exit for this lot is also located off of Nottinghill Gate).
• NO PARKING in the drop off lane in front of the school.  This is a fire access lane and needs to be clear at all times.

1. Parking is in the lot north of the school, please be careful of the ongoing construction. School entry is through the double doors on the east side of the school by the basketball courts. Do not enter or exit by the doors leading directly to the gym.
2. NO PARKING in the round-about east of the school, this is for emergency vehicle use only. Vehicles may use the round-about for drop off and pick up.
3. Potlucks are permitted. No appliances are to be plugged in at the school.
4.  Doors open at 8:00 am.
5. No food or drink in the gym.
6. No outdoor shoes in the gym, this goes for coaches and parents. 
7. No ball playing outside the gym.

• Teams are not allowed to setup tables in the venue (Sports Dome or main building)
• Teams can expect to eat their personal lunches in the Sports Dome in the bleachers or spectator chairs as space is limited outside of the Sports Dome.
• No plugins
• This venue typically has a very strict, zero food policy inside the Sports Dome. Athlete Institute has waived this policy only for OVA events with the expectation that teams will clean up all food/wrappers/garbage. Please be sure to have your teams utilize the garbage bins in the dome as this is crucial for future OVA events to be allowed food inside the dome.
• Please enter the facility at the West Entrance near the Sports Dome.
• Venue doors open at 8am.
• 2 smaller washrooms are located beside the Sports Dome entrance and 2 larger washrooms are located down the hall in the main building.
• There is a small café in the main building (Bear Cub Café) that will be open from 9am – 3pm. Doors will be locked at 3pm so please do not leave any items in the Cafe. 
• If spectators bring in their own chair, they must have rubber bottoms.

1. NO POTLUCKS – Personal lunches only.
2. Athletes can eat snacks/granola bars by the courts (please do not leave any garbage by the courts).
3. Technically, there is not supposed to be food by the courts but the venue staff have been fairly lenient with teams eating their individual lunches by the courts as long as there is zero mess/garbage left behind. There is a office/change room building right at the entrance to the Sportsdome that venue staff might ask you to eat your lunch in if there is not enough room or to much garbage by the courts.
4. There are limited seats by each court so feel free to bring your own chair which can be placed on the concrete at the baseline of each court (no chairs allowed on the sport court).
5. There are no water fountains or water bottle refill stations (just a kitchen sink in the changeroom building) so please bring lots of water.
6. All people attending this event are asked to stay within the court area and not wonder around the soccer fields within the dome.
7. Facility doors will open at 8am.
8. Woodbridge Sporstdome is located behind Holy Cross Catholic Academy.
9. Parking is available at the back, sides, and in-front of Holy Cross Catholic Academy. There will typically be a volleyball event going on at Holy Cross at the same time which means parking will be limited. Overflow parking can be found next door at the Ontario Soccer Centre or Vaughan Grove Sports Park.
