1. **PLEASE NOTE** -  There is a group of 10-12 kids that will be training on the 4th volleyball court from 9am - 11am. During that timeframe, we do not have access to the 4th court as the "hangout/overflow" court.
2. NO POTLUCKS – Personal lunches only.
3. Athletes can eat snacks/granola bars by the courts (please do not leave any garbage by the courts).
4. Technically, there is not supposed to be food by the courts but the venue staff have been fairly lenient with teams eating their individual lunches by the courts as long as there is zero mess/garbage left behind. There is a office/change room building right at the entrance to the Sportsdome that venue staff might ask you to eat your lunch in if there is not enough room or to much garbage by the courts.
5. There are limited seats by each court so feel free to bring your own chair which can be placed on the concrete at the baseline of each court (no chairs allowed on the sport court).
6. There are no water fountains or water bottle refill stations (just a kitchen sink in the changeroom building) so please bring lots of water.
7. All people attending this event are asked to stay within the court area and not wonder around the soccer fields within the dome.
8. Facility doors will open at 8am.
9. Woodbridge Sporstdome is located behind Holy Cross Catholic Academy.
10. Parking is available at the back, sides, and in-front of Holy Cross Catholic Academy. There will typically be a volleyball event going on at Holy Cross at the same time which means parking will be limited. Overflow parking can be found next door at the Ontario Soccer Centre or Vaughan Grove Sports Park.

• Doors open at 8am.
• Indoor court shoes only in the Gym.
• No food or liquids allowed in the Gym (water only).
• No potlucks allowed. Athletes can bring their own personal “brown bag” lunches to eat outside of the gym in the lower level “lobby” or on the main floor in the area that connects the main entrance to the stairs. Please be mindful that this sitting/lounge area on the main floor is still a Western University student space so be respectful of that and ensure the space is just as clean when you leave as when you sat down.
• DO NOT ENTER the workout/weight room, pool or squash areas. These are strictly for Western Students and the venue has made it extremely clear that nobody from the OVA should be in them at any point in time.
• Parking is located in the South Valley lot (Free on Weekends) which is on the North East side of the Western Student Recreation Centre. Walk up the stairs to the main North entrance. DO NOT prop open the fire exit door on the lower level to let people in. Please see below for the Western University Parking Map. Lot P on the map is the South Valley Lot.

Athlete Institute

• No Potlucks Allowed (personal lunches only)
• Teams are not allowed to setup tables in the venue (Sports Dome or main building)
• Teams can expect to eat their personal lunches in the Sports Dome in the bleachers or spectator chairs as space is limited outside of the Sports Dome.
• No plugins
• This venue typically has a very strict, zero food policy inside the Sports Dome. Athlete Institute has waived this policy only for OVA events with the expectation that teams will clean up all food/wrappers/garbage. Please be sure to have your teams utilize the garbage bins in the dome as this is crucial for future OVA events to be allowed food inside the dome.
• Please enter the facility at the West Entrance near the Sports Dome.
• Venue doors open at 8am.
• 2 smaller washrooms are located beside the Sports Dome entrance and 2 larger washrooms are located down the hall in the main building.
• There is a small café in the main building (Bear Cub Café) that will be open from 9am – 3pm. Doors will be locked at 3pm so please do not leave any items in the Cafe. 
• If spectators bring in their own chair, they must have rubber bottoms.

Barrie Elites

Nov 20 UPDATE: This event will most likely take place at St. Stephen Secondary School in Bowmanville. We are waiting on the official confirmation from the permit office. An update will be posted here once the venue is 100% confirmed.
