• Team Managers, Coaches and Parents - Please be sure to check these tournament notes the day prior to your event as additions/changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to game day. Any updates made to these notes within 24hrs of your event will be communicated via email to all team contacts.  

Tournament Notes:

• 1) Eastside Secondary School will open at 8:00 am.
• 2) Use parking lots around the school. There should be plenty of parking spaces for everyone. Use the door at the back of the school by the football field to enter as the front doors of the school will be locked.
• 3) Once in the school follow signs to get to the cafeteria.  Each team will be allocated a long table with benches. Please keep your belongings there, not in the gym.
• 4) The spectator space is very limited in each court so stay in the cafeteria if your team is not playing. 
• 6) No potluck. Please bring your personal lunch. A canteen will be set outside the gym selling pizza, baked goods, trail mix, drinks, etc.
• 7) Belleville Ravens Hurricanes (17U) will be the hosts of this event and will be scorekeeping.  Teams must provide lines people.

• Each court has a unique entrance/exit to avoid traffic jams. Please see the traffic signs on the wall.
• Only indoor shoes in the gymnasium. Please ensure athletes and spectators have a pair of indoor shoes for their time inside the gyms.

• RESPECT OUT OF BOUNDS AREAS. Access to Courts 2 & 3 bleachers is through the hallway ONLY, signs will be posted. Please do not cut through the courts to access the bleachers as it is distracting for playing teams.
• No outdoor shoes allowed in the gym, indoor shoes only.
• No crockpots or electrical appliances.
• No ball play outside of gym- this includes no bouncing of balls, no throwing of balls in the foyer or halls. 
• No smoking anywhere on School property.
