Oct 31 Update: Permit has officially been approved and this 18UB Trillium A event will take place at St. John's-Kilmarnock School (2201 Shantz Station Rd, Breslau, ON N0B 1M0) on Saturday November 11th hosted by the KW Preds.
Oct 26 Update - This event will most likely be at St. John's-Kilmarnock School (2201 Shantz Station Rd, Breslau, ON N0B 1M0) on Sunday November 12th. Waiting on the official confirmation from the permit office.
Oct 6 Update - Host is TBD - please email Mark Wiersma (mwiersma@ontariovolleyball.org) if you have access to a 3 court venue and would like to host this 18UB Trillium A event. This event can take place on Saturday November 11th or Sunday November 12th based on venue availability.

- NO BUFFETS OR POTLUCKS (PERSONAL LUNCHES ONLY)
- DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN TABLES OR CHAIRS INTO THE FACILITY
- NO WET/SNOWY SHOES OR BOOTS IN THE GYM
- NO BALLS IN ANY PART OF THE FACILITY, EXCEPT THE GYMNASIUM
- CLEAN UP YOUR BENCH AREA AFTER EVERY MATCH.

Team Managers, Coaches and Parents - Please be sure to check these tournament notes the day prior to your event as additions/changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to game day. Any updates made to these notes within 24hrs of your event will be communicated via email to all team contacts.
- No Potlucks Allowed (personal lunches only)
- Teams are not allowed to setup tables in the venue (Sports Dome or main building)
- Teams can expect to eat their personal lunches in the Sports Dome in the bleachers or spectator chairs as space is limited outside of the Sports Dome.
- No plugins
- This venue typically has a very strict, zero food policy inside the Sports Dome. Athlete Institute has waived this policy only for OVA events with the expectation that teams will clean up all food/wrappers/garbage. Please be sure to have your teams utilize the garbage bins in the dome as this is crucial for future OVA events to be allowed food inside the dome.
- Please enter the facility at the West Entrance near the Sports Dome.
- Venue doors open at 8am.
- 2 smaller washrooms are located beside the Sports Dome entrance and 2 larger washrooms are located down the hall in the main building.
- Bear Cub Cafe closes at 3pm sharp and the doors will be locked so please do not leave any items in the Cafe.
- Parking - Overflow parking can be found on the outdoor basketball courts (Map below). We strongly recommend not parking on Highway 9 and strongly emphasize not parking at our Crossfit building.
