By OVA, 11/08/18, 1:00PM EST

OVA Partners with Capitis Consulting on Member Services Project

Capitis Consulting is working with the OVA to help improve member services and communication across the province. We ask that you complete an important survey to assist us in the process.

The survey will take 10 - 15 minutes to complete.

It is ANONYMOUS. The survey is being hosted by Capitis Consulting.

The survey will remain open until Tuesday, November 20 at 5 pm.

Please note that this survey is for athletes, parents and the general membership. Coaches, Referees and Club Contacts will receive a separate survey via direct email.

Thank you for your help!

More About The Capitis Project

The Ontario Volleyball Association is proud to announce that Capitis Consulting has been selected to work on a plan to achieve better club alignment and improve support to its members.

According to Jo-Anne Ljubicic, Executive Director of the OVA, “this is a significant project for the Association as we look to  further strengthen our capacity to support our members.  The aim of this project is to improve collaboration between OVA staff and club administrators to enhance development opportunities for athletes, coaches, and the entire volleyball community.  Capitis has had a great deal of success working on similar projects with sport organizations across Canada and we are confident in their ability to help us identify areas for improvement in our operations."

“We’re excited to work on this project with Ontario Volleyball to better support its clubs, and we applaud the Association for addressing the challenge of improving member services and communication,” Paul Varian, Capitis Consulting President said. “With the experience of our Capitis team we believe we can work with the OVA and its members to provide a framework and plan forward to foster greater cooperation within the province."

Over the next month, OVA participants, including Club Administrators, volunteers, coaches, referees, as well as players and parents, will be asked to provide their feedback to Capitis Consulting through surveys and discussions.
