For 60 years the CANUSA Games has provided the youth of the Hamilton area an opportunity to take part in an international friendship Games between Hamilton, Ontario and Flint, Michigan, USA. The Games is an Olympic style competition that began in 1958 with only 200 athletes competing in 7 sports areas. From these meager beginnings, the CANUSA spirit caught on and continues today. CANUSA currently brings together over 1400 athletes to participate in the friendly rivalry in 16 sports. There will be 3 divisions for volleyball this year.
