The Ontario Volleyball Association is excited to deliver Spikes® Volleyball programming to the participants of the Hockey Canada Multi-Sport Summer Camps in Ontario! These sessions will introduce the fundamental sport skills and basic gameplay of volleyball, beach volleyball and the new sport of Smashball®. The program provides participants with the competence and confidence to be active for life not only in hockey and volleyball, but in a variety of activities helping to improve their overall physical literacy!
Hockey Canada offers this multi-sport camp in conjunction with a number of other National and Provincial Sport Organizations. This means that participants will receive instruction from the experts in each of these sports. Following the Long Term Athlete Development Model, Hockey Canada, along with the OVA believe that it is important for all children to participate in multiple sports and this is a great introduction that will cover the fundamentals of these sports.
