Ontario Volleyball is proud to announce open registration for the upcoming Team Ontario Sitting Volleyball Camp, a vital part of our commitment to growing the sport of sitting volleyball and fostering inclusive athletic development across the province.
Taking place at the Durham College, Oshawa ON, this high-performance camp is specifically designed for para-athletes aiming to develop the skills and training habits necessary to represent Ontario—and potentially Canada—on the international stage. However, we’re extending a unique invitation to able-bodied athletes to join the program and contribute meaningfully to a diverse and dynamic training environment.
In sitting volleyball, inclusivity is more than a value—it’s been a core part of our strategy. By integrating able-bodied athletes into training sessions, we enhance the quality of play, increase competition, and provide our targeted para-athletes with the best possible developmental environment.
Able-bodied athletes help push our para-athletes to greater heights, while also gaining valuable insight into adaptive sport, teamwork, and advanced volleyball fundamentals. The result? A better, stronger, more competitive Team Ontario.
This camp isn’t just about training—it’s about building community, raising awareness, and preparing Ontario’s next generation of para volleyball athletes for excellence. Your participation as an able-bodied athlete supports that mission directly.
Whether you’re a para-athlete with dreams of donning the Team Ontario jersey, or an able-bodied volleyballer looking to grow your skills and support an inclusive sport movement, this camp is for you.
Register today and be part of the evolution of volleyball in Ontario.
