OVA Offering Free OC's Preparation Program!

The OVA is offering a free 5-week Strength & Conditioning Preparation program to athletes as Ontario Championships approaches!

The goal of this program is to offer OVA members an accessible program that helps prepare their bodies physically for a highlight event.

This is a bodyweight program which can be completed using a few household items such as backpacks, water bottles, soup cans, a chair, and a towel. There are video demonstrations of each exercise to help along the way. The program tapers closer to the competition date so ensure athletes are making progress without fatiguing themselves.
