It's that time of year again! The 2025 Ontario Championships is quickly approaching and registration to help work the event is open!
Working at the Ontario Volleyball Provincial Championships is an exciting opportunity and a fantastic way to support the sport and meet new people. Don't miss out on this chance to make great memories and be a part of something special! We are hiring the following positions:
Scoresheet Runners / Information Desk / Fun Zone Attendant / Awards Crew / Branding Crew / Team Ontario Testing / Photographer and Videographer*
The 2025 Ontario Championships will consist of 7 Events over the month of April beginning on April 4th
Waterloo:
- April 4-6, 2025: 16U Girls and 4v4 Boys/Co-ed
- April 11-13, 2025: TLS Girls
- April 17-19, 2025: 17U Girls and TLS Boys
- April 20-22, 2025: 15U Boys, 16U Boys and 17U Boys
- April 25-27, 2025: 17U Boys
Ottawa:
- April 24-26, 2025: 15U Girls
- April 27-29, 2025: 6v6 Girls and 6v6 Boys
The OVA will be compensating each event staff per shift! Teams and/or individuals interested in working the events do not need to be available for all working days or venues, just the ones they sign up for. Please follow the link below for all the options!
*Those looking to work as a photographer or videographer on the social media team can contact Dylan Brennand directly at dbrennand@ontariovolleyball.org as there is a separate vetting process.
The minimum age for event staff is 16.
