The Athlete ID process is open for all 2025 Team Ontario Programming! Don't miss your chance to participate and grow your game with opportunities the Athlete Development team has in store for next year!

This online application and video submission process will be followed up by an in person physical testing element at the Ontario Championships in April. Details on that portion will be released to applicants when testing windows are finalized.

All applications must be submitted by March 2nd, 2025, but please don't wait, those who apply before February 16th get a discount!

VIDEO SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Tall Maples - no video requirement

Team O Beach - Mandatory movement video and EITHER a highlight or a full game video.

Team O Black - Mandatory highlight video.  Full game video is an optional supporting video.

Team O Red - Mandatory highlight video.  Full game video is an optional supporting video.

Team O Regional Program - Mandatory highlight video.  Full game video is an optional supporting video.

Team O White - Mandatory highlight video.  Full game video is an optional supporting video.

DEADLINES

Early bird - February 16th, 2025

Final - March 2nd, 2025

$65.00 + HST (*Those who sign up before the early bird deadline pay only $50.00 + HST)
