The deadline for Nominee applications for open Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA) board positions is nearing.

The positions of President and Director at Large are still accepting nominations until Thursday evening.

Please submit your application by 11:59 PM on Thursday, December 5, 2024.

The OVA process is open for three (3) vacant positions on the Board of Directors.

At the 2024 OVA Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held at 10am on Sunday, December 8, 2024, members will be asked to vote on nominations for the following positions:

1. President
2. Director, Regional Engagement
3. Director-at-Large 

Any Member who meets the eligibility criteria may be nominated for election or appointment as a Director.  Each position is for a term of three (3) years.

The 2024 AGM will be December 8th at 10am. Members wishing to attend the online meeting, and to vote on proceedings must register for the event.
