The 2024 Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been scheduled for Sunday, December 8, 2024 from 10:00 am - 11:30 am. 

The meeting will be held on Zoom, with check-in beginning at 9:30 am and is open to all OVA members.

The purpose of the AGM of the OVA is to inform the members and to deal with the usual business of the OVA, such as review of the Annual Report and the Report of Auditors, along with the Elections. All active OVA Members are eligible to vote in these elections.

This is also a good time to remind OVA members that the deadline for Board of Directors Application is November 18 . At the 2024 AGM, members will be asked to vote on nominations for the following positions:

1. President
2. Director, Regional Engagement
3. Director-at-Large
