The Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA) and SkillShark Athlete Evaluation Software, a leader in the athlete evaluation tech space, are proud to announce a new partnership to improve the feedback process for referees.
SkillShark offers sports organizations a mobile app solution to track and assess athletes from anywhere. By digitizing athlete evaluations, coaches can now easily access performance data from any smartphone or tablet.
By partnering with SkillShark, OVA will modernize it's evaluation and mentorship program by providing better feedback and tracking. Referees will receive a report card after each evaluation, providing a detailed breakdown of their skill sets and performance metrics. This will also allow mentors to read previous evaluations and pass on new information, and allow for a tracked progression of experience and learning that has been lacking.
