This document is a collaboration of insight from OVA and Volleyball Canada to help bring a safe, inclusive and responsible leadership group for our athletes.

People in positions of authority have a very important role to play in providing this type of environment to all volleyball activities and will need to be in compliance with the requirements before sitting on the bench at any OVA sanctioned events or OVA club training environments.
