The OVA seeks to review and potentially adjust our competition system to create more room for growth and ensure we can continue to support our athletes, coaches, and stakeholders. We are looking for a consultant to collaboratively develop recommendations that will enhance our competition structure, allowing us to sustain and further our growth trajectory while maintaining our commitment to excellence in volleyball development.

The association is on the lookout for a consultant well-versed in youth sports, athlete development principles, and stakeholder engagement. A Request For Proposal with detailed objectives and timelines is available on our website and includes all the necessary information for interested parties to submit a proposal.

Proposals must be submitted as a single document, inclusive of all tables, figures, and appendices. Submissions should detail the bidder's vision for the project, proposed methodology, qualifications of the project team, and examples of past projects, particularly those in youth sports environments. Proposals must include a detailed budget and timeline. The submission deadline is April 21, 2024. Submissions must be sent to info@ontariovolleyball.org
