The Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Sunday, December 10 at 10:00 a.m. via Zoom.
The purpose of the AGM is to inform the members and to deal with the business of OVA, including Report of Auditors and Elections as well as to recap and celebrate the fiscal year.
Items of business will include the following:
- Notification of Members
- New Business
- Notice of Quorum
- Approval of Auditor
- Proposed By-Law Amendments
- Articles of Amendment
- Elections for 3 positions
- Election Decision

Board of Director Elections
At the 2023 AGM, there are three positions up for elections:
- Vice-President Admin/Secretary
- Director-at-Large
- Athletes’ Representative
Any Member who meets the eligibility criteria outlined in Appendix A of the Nomination Document may be nominated for election or appointment as a Director.
