A handful of Ontarians have been named to the 2023 Men's NextGen indoor team. They are:

Jordan Canham, Avonmore, ON
Samuel Cooper, Hamilton, ON
Evan Falardeau, Stratford, ON
Isaac Heslinga, Orangeville, ON
Logan House, Barrie, ON
Jackson Young, Etobicoke, ON

Many of the the athletes that  were named to this team, and other National teams, have competed in the OVA's Athlete Development branch with Team Ontario programming. 

From Volleyball Canada:

This team begins training in Gatineau, Quebec, on June 5, and will be attending the following competitions:

• NORCECA XVI Pan-American Cup, Guadalajara, Mexico from August 13 to 21
• NORCECA Final Six, Edmonton, Alberta from September 16 to 25.

In 2022,  the NextGen team picked up a silver medal at the Pan Am Cup, which was held in Gatineau, Quebec
