With the Ontario Championships starting on Thursday, April 20, all Operational and Communications staff will be out of the office starting set up on Sunday, April 16 and will be extremely delayed in responding to emails and voicemail. 

During this time, we ask that membership be patient as they wait for a response.

If you need to contact staff in case of an emergency, please call the Event Hotline at 647-467-5514. This will be checked via business hours throughout the days leading up to the Ontario Championships. 

During the Ontario Championships, if you need assistance from OVA staff, the Headquarters are in Salon 105 or contact the same Championships Event Hotline.
