The Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Sunday, December 4 at 10:00 a.m. via Zoom.
The purpose of the AGM is to inform the members and to deal with the business of OVA, including Report of Auditors and Elections.
Items of business will include the following:
- Notification of Members
- New Business
- Notice of Quorum
- Approval of Auditor
- Proposed By-Law Amendments
- Articles of Amendment
- Elections for 3 positions
- Election Decision

Director Elections
At the 2022 AGM, there are five Director Positions up for election:
- Vice-President - Finance/Treasurer
- Director at Large (2 positions)
Please submit applications complying with requirements found in by-law 4.6 to Nominations Committee via the formstack link by November 18, 2022.
