An exciting weekend for the volleyball community is just around the corner as both indoor and beach volleyball at the Ontario Summer Games is set to take place from July 22nd to 24th in Mississauga! Our participating athletes are undergoing preparations at the University of Guelph this week, focusing on developing high-performance habits both on and off the court.
