The Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Sunday, December 12 at 10:00 a.m. via Zoom, all members are invited to attend.
The purpose of the AGM is to inform the members and to deal with the business of OVA, including Report of Auditors and Elections.
Items of business will include the following:
- Minutes of the 2020 AGM
- Report of Auditor's
- Appointment of the Auditor
- Election of new Directors

The AGM meeting package will be distributed Friday, December 10, 2021 and you will receive instructions to register with Simply Voting for the online voting.
