The Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Sunday, December 12 at 10:00 a.m. via Zoom.
The purpose of the AGM is to inform the members and to deal with the business of OVA, including Report of Auditors and Elections.
Items of business will include the following:
- Minutes of the 2020 AGM
- Report of Auditor's
- Appointment of the Auditor
- Election of new Directors

Director Elections
At the 2021 AGM, there are five Director Positions up for election:
- President
- Vice-President - Admin/Secretary
- Director, Regional Engagement *NEW*
- Director at Large
- Athletes’ Representative *NEW*
All OVA members (with the exception of recreational status members) may cast votes for the OVA Board of Directors. Members seeking to apply for the positions mentioned are asked to submit their application to the Nominations Committee (nominations@ontariovolleyball.org) by November 26, 2021.*
*Nominations for elections must comply with requirements found in OVA by-law 4.6
