The 2021-2025 Strategic Plan takes shape as experienced consultant Ron Wuotila guides the OVA and its members through a collaborative effort to a clear direction of the association's desired impacts. RW will explore what OVA members want for the future of the association, obstacles the volleyball community is facing and what is most important to our membership as we undertake the planning process.
