DRVC

1. Due to 36 teams being hosted at the Playground each weekend, we kindly ask that the Head Coaches are the point of contact for all inquiries whether it be emailing the host contact before the event or on site
    
2. Teams may enter the venue after 8 a.m. and may begin warm-up once their court is fully set up.
    
3. Please enter and exit the venue at the front entrance facing Boundary Road (door at top of ramp). 
    
4. Parking. There is a large parking lot that surrounds the entire building. Do not park on the street or in neighbouring lots; you will be tagged and or towed.
    
5. Eat My Shortbread (WEBSITE HERE) is a local bakeshop just down the street. They will now be setup in the Canteen at the Playground Durham on tournament days.
    
6. NO POTLUCKS, TEAM TABLES OR PLUGIN APPLIANCES ALLOWED – individual bagged lunches only – Athletes will use the bleachers to eat, kindly remove all garbage once finished eating.
    
7. *REMINDER* Medical supplies or on-site medics are not provided for regular season OVA events. Coaches/teams should have their own First Aid kits and/or supplies.
    
8. The 2nd floor is off limits to everyone. 
    
9. The Playground has partnered with Live Barn streaming. All 6 courts at the Playground-Durham are available through this monthly or yearly subscription streaming service. Venom

1. NO POTLUCKS – Personal lunches only.
2. Athletes can eat snacks/granola bars by the courts (please do not leave any garbage by the courts).
3. Technically, there is not supposed to be food by the courts but the venue staff have been fairly lenient with teams eating their individual lunches by the courts as long as there is zero mess/garbage left behind. There is a office/change room building right at the entrance to the Sportsdome that venue staff might ask you to eat your lunch in if there is not enough room or to much garbage by the courts.
4. There are limited seats by each court so feel free to bring your own chair which can be placed on the concrete at the baseline of each court (no chairs allowed on the sport court).
5. There are no water fountains or water bottle refill stations (just a kitchen sink in the changeroom building) so please bring lots of water.
6. All people attending this event are asked to stay within the court area and not wonder around the soccer fields within the dome.
7. Facility doors will open at 8am.
8. Woodbridge Sporstdome is located behind Holy Cross Catholic Academy.
9. Parking is available at the back, sides, and in-front of Holy Cross Catholic Academy. There will typically be a volleyball event going on at Holy Cross at the same time which means parking will be limited. Overflow parking can be found next door at the Ontario Soccer Centre or Vaughan Grove Sports Park.
