Notes:

• All referee candidates must be at least 16 years old to take the course 
• All referee candidates must register for both the Indoor Official-Level 1 (Local) role for $117.14 in NRS for the 2018-19 season as well as the actual clinic itself ($56.50).  All memberships are non-refundable (OVA Refund Policy).
• All candidates must attend all sessions.
