How do I access the Online Registration?
Visit the OVA website, www.ontariovolleyball.org and click on "Online Registration – Membership, Tournaments & Events ".

Do I have to register and pay with a credit card?
Yes. There is no other option available to register with the OVA.

Do I have to be a carded official to register with OVA as an official?
Yes. To register as an official with OVA you must have attended a Local officials clinic.

If I attended a Local Official’s Clinic last year, do I have to register for the upcoming season?
Yes. Simply log in with your login and password.

If I was registered last year, how do I register?
Simply enter your login and password.

What do I do if I forget my login and/or password?
Click on "Online Registration " on the OVA home page. In the "Existing OVA member's" box, select "Did you forget or don't have your Member Login and/or Password?".

What do I do if "Please try again, the following errors occurred were encountered:  The information you entered does not match our records" appears?
If this appears, this means one of the two pieces of information you have provided does not match the database. Please contact the This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it to confirm this information.

How do I begin registering if I am a "New Member"?
On the Registration page, click on "Non-Members" located under "This is my first time registering with OVA online".

Where do I access the individual registration form & waiver?
On the OVA website, click on "Resources " located in the "Registration " section.

Do I have to send any completed form by mail or fax?
No. Written forms will no longer be accepted.

If written forms are no longer accepted, what is the purpose of the form & waiver?
The registration form is necessary for you to gather the required information in order to register online. The form is also to insure you have read the personal information and photo release.  It is your responsibility to keep the registration form, release & waiver for liability purposes.

What information is required to complete the registration form?
Your name, address & postal code, home telephone number, date of birth and a valid email address are required.

What if I do not have an email address?
You must have a valid email address to register that is active and checked regularly. A free email address can be obtained (i.e. canada.com, hotmail.com or yahoo.com) or request to use a family member’s email address.

What is the purpose of the email address?
The email address is used for communication between the OVA and its members. In addition, a valid email address is required to retrieve your log in and password.

Is all the information on the registration form required?
Yes. All of this information is required; otherwise you will not be able to register online.

While registering, if I incorrectly type in my information, can I change it?
Yes, if payment has not yet been submitted.  If payment has been submitted, you simply click on "Online Registration – Membership, Tournaments & Events ", log back in & click on "Edit your Info" at the top of the page.

Am I able to stop in the middle of the registration process?
No. If you stop in the middle of the registration process (i.e. to answer the telephone), you will lose all of the information you have typed as there is a timing out security feature.

If my mailing address or email address changes over the season, am I able change it online?
Yes. Simply click on "Online Registration – Membership, Tournaments & Events ", log in and click on "Edit your Info" at the top of the page.

Will I receive an indoor rulebook with my registration?
Yes. A rulebook will be mailed to you once you have registered online providing you have not previously attended an officials’ meeting in your region.

How do I register for an officials clinic?
Simply click on "Online Registration - Membership, Tournaments & Events ", if you are in the database log in with your login and password.  If registering for the first time, click on "Non-Members" located under "This is my first time registering with OVA online" and proceed to enter your information.  Proceed to select the appropriate officials clinic listed under the "OVA Events" section.

If I am going to attend or have attended an officials clinic, is it necessary for me to register online?
No. You will have paid the necessary fees to register for the season with OVA at the time of registering for the clinic online.

How do I purchase official’s clothing?
You have four options to order merchandise from "Just Volleyball":

Can I purchase a badge and/or set of flashcards online?
No. You must contact the OVA.
