How do I access the Online Registration?
Visit the OVA website, www.ontariovolleyball.org and click on "Online Registration – Membership, Tournaments & Events ".

Do I have to register and pay with a credit card?
Yes. There is no other option available to register with the OVA.

If I was registered last year, how do I register?
Simply enter your login and password on the "Online Registration - Membership, Tournaments & Events " page.

What if I do not have, or have forgotten, my login and/or password?
Click on "Online Registration - Membership, Tournaments & Events " on the OVA home page. In the "Existing OVA members" box, select "Did you forget or don’t have your Member Login and/or Password?"

What do I do if "Please try again, the following errors occurred were encountered:  The information you entered does not match our records." appears?
If this appears, this means one of the two pieces of information you have provided does not match the database. Please contact the This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it to confirm this information.

How do I begin registering if I am a "New Member"?
On the Registration page, click on "Non-Members" located under "This is my first time registering with OVA online".

Where do I access the individual registration form & waiver?

On the OVA website, click on "Resources" section located in "Registration".

Do I have to send any completed forms by mail or fax?
No. Written forms will no longer be accepted.

If written forms are no longer accepted, what is the purpose of the form & waiver?
The registration form is necessary for you to gather the required information in order to register online. It is the your responsibility to keep the registration form & waiver for liability purposes.

What information is required to complete the registration form?
Your name, address & postal code, home telephone number, date of birth and a valid email address are required.

What if I do not have an email address?
You must have a valid email address to register that is active and checked regularly. A free email address can be obtained (i.e. canada.com, hotmail.com or yahoo.com) or request to use a family member’s email address.

What is the purpose of the email address?
The email address is used for communication between the OVA and its members (i.e. ADP programs, coaching clinics). In addition, a valid email address is required to retrieve your login and password.

Is all the information on the registration form required?
Yes. All of this information is required; otherwise you will not be able to register online.

While registering, if I incorrectly type in my information, can I change it?
Yes, if payment has not yet been submitted. If payment has been submitted, simply click on "Online Registration – Membership, Tournaments & Events ", log back in & click on "Edit your Info" at the top of the page.

Am I able to stop in the middle of the registration process?
No. If you stop in the middle of the registration process (i.e. to answer the telephone), you will lose all of the information you have typed as there is a timing out security feature.

What do I do if I register as a coach twice?
Contact the This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it in writing. Be sure to include the transaction number of receipts, the categories registered, the dates registered, and the amounts paid.

If my mailing address or email changes over the season, can I change it?
Yes. Simply click on "Online Registration – Membership, Tournaments & Events ", log in and click on "Edit your Info" at the top of the page.

Am I able to add my NCCP number after I have registered?
Yes. Simply click "Online Registrations – Memberships, Tournaments & Events ", log in and click on "My Coach Info" at the top of the page click. Type in your NCCP number then click the "Update Profile" at the bottom of the page.

How can I confirm what Coaching courses I have attended?
Visit the website of the Coaching Association of Canada: www.coach.ca .
