This is a friendly reminder that police and vulnerable screening sector checks are required of all officials and coaches for the 2007/08 season.  For officials, you must submit a police / vulnerable screening sector check before you will be assigned games for this upcoming season.  Regarding coaches, your check is required prior to the first competition of the 2007/08 season.  Thank you all officials and coaches who have submitted their check to date.

Police checks only have to be submitted once to the OVA as long as the member remains in good standing with the OVA and does not let their membership lapse. If membership does lapse, the individual is required to re-submit their police check upon registering with the OVA
