Travel Forms For Ontario Championships Any team travelling in excess of 300km (one way) to Ontario Championships will be reimbursed at a rate of $0.36/km per vehicle (maximum 2 vehicles) from the 301st km point onwards. The Award of Excellence medal is awarded annually to one member of every 13U to 16U team and selection criteria varies per team. Please submit all player nominations to the OVA office, c/o Carrie Campbell by Friday April 2, 2010 in order to be included in the final award listing. The OVA is now accepting nominations for the Ken Davies and Evelyn Holick Awards. The Ken Davies Award: Presented annually at the Ontario Championships, is awarded to a male Age Division athlete who demonstrates the qualities of determination, leadership, athletic ability and sportsmanship as exemplified by Ken Davies himself.
