The 2008-2009 Provincial Indoor Competitions Manual (V.28.) states that NCCP Coaching Certification is mandatory for all coaches at Youth competitions.  However, due to current NCCP database technical difficulties; coaching certification at Youth events will not be checked until further notice that the database is operational and current.  

Coaches who have completed all components of NCCP Level 1 but have yet to receive their coaching card, are not required to obtain an exemption card from the OVA or to provide NCCP Coaching Certification at events.
