Congratulations to this year’s Ken Davies and Evelyn Holick Award Winners. On Friday May 18th, 2007 at the 18U Provincial Championships at RIM Park in Waterloo, ON, Alex Oneid from the Ottawa Mavericks VBC and Erik Mattson from the Toronto VBC were announced as the 2008 Ken Davies Memorial Trophy Award Winners. On the women’s side, Meagan Nederveen from the Mountain Athletic Club was the Evelyn Holick award winner.
The Ken Davies and Evelyn Holick Awards are presented annually at the Ontario Championships to a Male and Female Youth Division athlete(s) who best demonstrates the qualities of determination, leadership, athletic ability, sportsmanship and fair play. Congratulations to all three athletes on winning these prestigious awards.
