Regretfully the OVA has elected to cancel the March 27th LTAD Workshop due to lower than anticipated registration numbers. The time of year proved to be a challenge for many interested participants.
However, the good news is that we will be rescheduling the conference for the fall of 2010 and at a time when conflicts are at a minimum. Stay tuned for more information. We apologize for any inconvenience. |

The Scarborough Ladies Volleyball League has been successfully running for 40 years. They strive to provide a high level of recreational volleyball play. The minimun age for participation is 19 years and there is no maximum age. The league consists of 16 teams in four tiers of play. They meet Thursday evenings from 7pm to 10pm at Sir John A Mac Donald Highschool in Scarborough. |
