The OVA has recently completed the next stage of its Governance Renewal process. A comprehensive examination of OVA’s current governance has been conducted and extensive research has been done on governance best practices within sport organizations in Canada and abroad.

It is expected that a final draft of the proposed governance structure and implementation plans will be circulated by the beginning of October 2012 for discussion at the regional and provincial annual general meetings.
