The Stratford Abstract Volleyball Camp is part of the 2012 Abstract Volleyball High Performance Camp series. Each on-court volleyball session at the Abstract HP day camps will be lead by Jesse Knight and his 15 years of CIS, NCAA and International Coaching experience. The assistant coaches are also all ex-CIS and ex-Team Canada Athletes. Finally each day will provide high performance sessions including the likes of nutrition, mental training, physical training, recruiting seminar etc.

Dates: July 16-19, 2012
Times: Monday: All participants 8:45AM to 3:45PM
            Tuesday - Thursday:
            Grade 7- 9a: 8:45AM - 3:45PM; Grade 9b-12: 9:15AM - 4:15PM

Location: St Michael School, Stratford, Ontario
Ages: Females ages 12-18 (going into grade 7), Boys 15 and Under
Cost: $290 + HST
