The Canadian Olympic trials for beach volleyball will take place Saturday July 7, 2012 at Ashbridges Bay in Toronto.  Come out and see our nation's best play for a spot to represent Canada at the 2012 Olympic Games in London, England!

Canada earned an Olympic spot in both men’s and women’s beach volleyball Saturday by winning both finals at the Continental Cup Games qualifying tournament.

The day will feature two matches:

• Christian Redmann of Toronto and Ben Saxton of Calgary vs. Martin Reader of Comox, B.C. and Josh Binstock of Toronto.
• Heather Bansley and Liz Maloney of Toronto vs. Annie Martin of Sherbrooke, Que. and Marie-Andrée Lessard of Ville LaSalle, Que.

Match times are 1PM (Women's Match) and 3PM (Men's Match). Matches will be webcast on Rogers Sportsnet.
