Free Agency Declaration Period:  End of OVA / VC Season to June 30th

(For the 2007-2008 volleyball season)

Appealed Transfer Period:  July 1 to the date an indiviudal registers with an OVA Club

During this time period athletes who have not registered for the upcoming season may request an “Appealed Transfer”.

Non-Transfer Period "A":  Date of Individual Registration to February 1

From the moment the athlete and parent signs the registration form for the current competition year to February 1, no transfers are permitted. Ontario Volleyball does retain the right, during this time period to invoke an "Extreme Exception Clause" for a variety of cases.

Templates have been developed for each of the transfer documents to assist the athlete and parent with the information in the required email.  In addition the template outlines the steps the athlete must do to complete their particular transfer.

Each of the three transfers incur an administration fee that is mandatory and must be paid online via the OVA registration system.
