Each of the three transfers incur an administration fee that is mandatory and must be paid online via the OVA registration system.

Instructions as to how to submit payment online for each of the transfers have been provided below.  Simply click on the appropriate transfer.  It is recommend you print the document to assist you while paying.

Non-Transfer Period "A":  Date of Individual Registration to February 1

From the moment the athlete and parent signs the registration form for the current competition year to February 1, no transfers are permitted. Ontario Volleyball does retain the right, during this time period to invoke an "Extreme Exception Clause" for a variety of cases.

Appealed Transfer Period:  July 1 to the date an indiviudal registers with an OVA Club

During this time period athletes who have not registered for the upcoming season may request an “Appealed Transfer”.

Free Agency Declaration Period:  End of OVA / VC Season to June 30th
