Applied at 15U boys and girls - No change from 2008 nationals
Applied at 16U boys only (Libero allowed at 16U girls Championships)

Please note that the 12 LIMITED substitution rule will be applied within all categories where the use of the libero is not allowed.

Region 4, in conjunction with Durham Attack, is hosting a full-day Coaching Symposium on Saturday September 20th, 8 am - 6 pm, at Pineridge Secondary School.  The focus of the symposium is the implementation of LTAD in our programs at all age levels.
