Directions: Exit #401 at interchange 615 and follow Sir John A MacDonald Blvd. to it's end (King St). Turn right on King St. (west) and follow to Country Club Dr. turn right then right again. Gym is on the left.
Please note there is minimal seating. Spectators should bring folding chairs etc.
