The information below will assist you while going through the various steps when registering for a Clinic or an Event online.
**It is recommended you print this document prior to registering.**
Registration Procedures
- Go to the OVA website http://www.ontariovolleyball.org/.
- Select “Online Registration – Membership, Tournaments, and Events” at the top of the right hand column above “OVA News”.
- Returning OVA Members proceed to Step 1.
- New Members proceed to Step 2.
Step 1 – Registered OVA members
- Enter your login & password
- Forgotten your login & password? See “Important Information” at the bottom of the page.
- Proceed to Step 3.
Step 2 – Sign in Information
- Create a Member Login between 6-20 characters.
- Create a password with a minimum 4 characters and/or numbers.
- Providethe necessary personal information.
- Click the "Continue" button to continue.
Step 3 – Officials Clinics / Coaching Clinics / Events
- Cursor down to “OVA is currently offering the following events”
- Select the appropriate clinic or event listed.
- Then click "REGISTER ME" to continue.
- If additional information is requested complete the necessary fields.
- It is recommended you print off this page for information.
- Select Continue.
Step 4 - Payment
- The registration fees will be summarized on this page.
- Select “Proceed to Secure Checkout”. A secure connection will be opened for your protection.
- Enter your payment information – select your credit card (VISA or MasterCard); type in your credit card number. Type in the name on the credit card. Do NOT include spaces in the credit card number.
- Click the “Submit” button once. Your payment will be processed.
- Your successful transaction will appear on the screen. PRINT THIS PAGE FOR YOUR RECORDS.
- You will receive also receive a confirmation receipt via email for your records.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Forgotten login and/or password? Select “Did you forget or don't have your Member Login and/or Password?” in the “Existing OVA Members” box on the registration page. Select your month, day and type in your year of birth. Type in your email address. Click the “Submit” button.
- Your login & password will be sent to your email address.
- If “Please try again, the following errors were encountered: The information you entered does not match our records” appears on the screen, this means one of the two pieces of information you have inputted does not match the database. Please contact the office to confirm this information.
