Templates have been developed for each of the transfer documents to assist the athlete and parent with the information in the required email. In addition the template outlines the steps the athlete must do to complete their particular transfer. Simply click on the appropriate template and save the template to your
computer. Proceed to open the template on your computer and complete
the areas indicated. Or if you prefer, you are able to cut & paste
the text to a new document.
