ONLY semi-finals and finals will be refereed by officials for this event. 
Note: In order to increase prize $$ for the 2008 beach season, officiating cost have been minimized.

Elite Qualifier Format
• 1 game to 21 points
• sides at 7’s technical time out at sum of 21 points
• 1 time out/team

Winner of qualifier will be seeded 12th in the Elite Division.  All remaining teams will be seeded according to their current points.
