Ontario Volleyball provides opportunities for growth and development in
coaching volleyball both indoors and on the beach. These opportunities
are provided through a number of avenues, the most significant of which
is the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP).
Other
developmental opportunities include general and non-certification
clinics, the bi-annual International Coaching Seminar, specialized
coaching clinics, volunteer coaching within the club program (coaching
apprenticeship), visitations and observations of elite level practices,
and various publications, texts and manuals. At times Ontario
Volleyball also receives information about coaching symposiums, or
clinics that run in other provinces and abroad. |
